Rainy days and mondays
Sounds cliche, I know. But that is exactly what today is. It's been raining cats and dogs since morning and according to my weather app, this is how its going to be until thursday. Thursday! Like 3 days from now. Gloomy, wet and cold..er. We'll not exactly wintry cold but colder than usual. Nevertheless, I survived the first day of the workweek. Yey! I was pretty busy the whole day anyway to notice.
On other news, we saw Toni G and Coco M's movie yesterday together with our friends Reg and TJ. It was an unexpectedly fun movie to say the least! I had a lot of laughs. I'm still trying to figure out what it is exactly about the movie that made it good. But, hey, I'm not complaining. As long as I feel like I'm in SM once again even just for 2 and half hours, its fine by me.
I also talked to my niece this evening. She was saying this story that happened while we were in Ace Water Spa last January. It was really funny, I laughed so hard that I was gasping for air. But due to privacy reasons, I wont disclose it here. hehe. Somehow, I feel like they have really grown a lot these past few years. Maybe because I'm away for long periods of time that's why when I see them again I feel like they have significantly grown, not just physically but also emotionally. Well as they say, they grow up so fast.. sigh..
My friend is going home next month for a vacation thanks to a seat sale of an airline. We haven't had the chance to actually look for these seat sales. Maybe one day we'll try it out. I hope we get the really cheap seats to make it worth it. hehe. Maybe a one week unplanned get away? Let's see..
