Singapore tour - Day 3

Day 3

Breakfast was in Burger King. Then we went to the Bugis shopping area to buy souvenirs. Our friends said that Bugis was really one of the sopping destinations in SG of you want a bargain especially with souvenirs. After getting our "bargain" fix, we went to the hotel again to check out. Then we went straight to the Gradens by the bay to see the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. It was a good pastime too since our flight was still at midnight (which ended up being early morning next day as it was delayed) and the place was air conditioned. You won't regret paying the entrance fee just to stay indoors hehe.

We were also planning on meeting our college friends who were based in Singapore that night before we have to go to the Airport. We went to the Lucky plaze and stayed near Jollibee to wait for them but since we didn't have data o our phones we couldn't really contact them. The end result was that we didn't see them as they were waiting at the other Jollibee on the top floor. Hehe, anyway we headed to the airport for our flight back home to the Philippines and just messaged them there. And as I mentioned our flight was delayed so waited for a really long time there in Changi Airport. Good thing I had a book I borrowed from Nika before we left.

Overall our trip was a good one despite some hiccups along the way. It was a nice experience and I think I got to know my husband a little bit better with that trip. It was worth all the research on the internet and asking for advice from friends who have been there. Excited for out next destination!
