Mt Kitandlad Dorm
Natapos na din ang dorm (well mga 95%) pa lang. May nakuha na din kameng caretaker bago kame umalis ng Pinas noong January. Ung mga business registrations naman ay outsourced namin sa Coronel Accounting Services. So far may BIR regn na, SEC regn, ung mga local permits na lang ang kulang. Medyo natigil din kase ang mga dealings ngayon dahil nga sa Covid. Anyway, nakapagpakuha naman ako ng pictures ng dorm para ilagay ko sa FB page. Ang balak namin ay mag open sa August pero depende pa sa situation kung kelan magbubukas ulit ang mga schools and univeristies. Anyway, here are some photos ng dorm. Officially ang tawag na sa kanya ay Mt Kitandlad Dorm, though pag pinaguusapan namin Project A pa din tawag ko. Ung OPC naman ang pangalan ay 1Chron4:10 Properties.
The dorm has 7 rooms. 3 rooms can accommodate 4 people and 4 rooms can accommodate 2 people. These does not include ung caretaker's quarters na hiwalay na entrance naman.
Currenty, there are beds already but hindi pa complete ung mattresses and aircon. Hopefully when the quarantine is lifted we'll be able to complete lahat ng kelangan.

This is the common area. Right now, we have a fridge and a water dispenser. We're planning on adding a microwave oven, tv and a long table at the middle so the young people can have their meals, snacks, study or just hang out.
This is the room that can accommodate 4 people. Each room have their own airconditoner, electric fan and their own restroom
This is the room for the 2 people. Same amenities with the other rooms but with more space since only one bunk bed is in there

This is the restroom. Every room has a separate toilet
